As FoodTech experts, Matthieu and Jérémie, the two co-founders of Digital Food Lab, speak at many public and private events (virtually or on-site). They like to share their passion for the future of food and engage with an audience about the consequences and how to prepare for it now.

Introduction to the definition of FoodTech (& current state of the ecosystem)
Trends discovery: depending on the time, we will cover all six or just focus on some of them,

For each, we will:

look at some examples of startups and leading companies (investing, partnering, etc.)
Discuss the challenges and opportunities, notably for your company /organisation.

Bespoke deep dive with a focus on one area that matters for you and is targeted to your audience. Examples include:

Alternative proteins (for a dairy company, for a gas supplier, for a chocolate company)
Personalised nutrition (for a CPG company, for an ingredient supplier)
Sustainability opportunities and challenges in the food industry
