🍦 🇺🇸 Eclipse Foods, a plant-based ice cream brand, raised $40M that tastes as good as the “real” ones. Now it wants to go beyond and propose alternatives to other dairy products such as cheeses

🥬 🇦🇪 Pure Harvest Smart Farms, a UAE-based startup, raised $180.5M to expand its network of greenhouses across Asia.

🍊 🇺🇸 Sharebite, a US-based startup, raised $39M for its service that lets companies provide meal benefits to their employees.

🧺 🇬🇧 Ocado raised £575M to fund its growth. It has now a pipeline of more than 50 fulfilment centres for its supermarket clients waiting to be built.

🇫🇷 🇧🇪 Puratos, a Belgium manufacturer of bakery ingredients, acquired Rapidle, a French startup providing e-commerce solutions for traditional businesses (such as bakeries). This is an interesting example of a growing category of ingredient providers that work with or acquire the startups that digitize their own clients.
