đ đșđžÂ Sharebite, a US-based startup, raised $39M for its service that lets companies provide meal benefits to their employees.
đ§ș đŹđ§Â Ocado raised ÂŁ575M to fund its growth. It has now a pipeline of more than 50 fulfilment centres for its supermarket clients waiting to be built.
đ«đ· đ§đȘ Puratos, a Belgium manufacturer of bakery ingredients, acquired Rapidle, a French startup providing e-commerce solutions for traditional businesses (such as bakeries). This is an interesting example of a growing category of ingredient providers that work with or acquire the startups that digitize their own clients.
