It sources famous chefs to create recipes on mobile restaurants (recipes are cooked inside minivans!).

As other deals in the controlled environment agriculture (CEA) ecosystem (with vertical or βjustβ indoor farms), this shows the growing appetite from institutional investors to finance the building of this new type of farm, which is both more sustainable and more dependable than traditional farming.
