At the beginning, Zume project was robots and humans baking pizzas together in delivery trucks en route to people’s homes. Since then, the proprietary technology has been developed to manage inventory, optimize delivery logistics and roboticize cooking. Zume believes they have perfected their technology enough to now license the mobile kitchens to other restaurants for food other than just pizza.
