Scottish Bioenergy is an exciting biotech company based in Scotland producing ScotBio Blue, a healthy, all-natural blue food colourant.

ScotBio Blue comes from the blue pigment in spirulina algae. Unlike other producers they grow their spirulina algae inside in their custom growing facility rather than outside in open pond systems. Their patent-pending production method causes the spirulina to turn more blue. That makes it easier for us to extract an all-natural high purity product.
