Nutropy is a French startup with the mission to reinvent French cheeses with sustainable deeptech & ancestral savoir-faire and offer gourmet, sustainable and healthier cheese alternatives that are better for animals and meet consumer needs. We develop cow cheeses without the cows by producing dairy proteins identical to cow proteins via microorganisms and by mixing them with selected ingredients inspired by traditional cheesemaking practices to formulate French gourmet cheeses.
