MenuDiet is a company based in Madrid founded by dieticians-nutritionists with degrees in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and members of ADDINMA and SEDCA.
We send to any point of the peninsula and we deliver in our shop of Madrid weekly menus composed by the meals and dinners of the whole week prepared so that you do not have to worry about going to the purchase, to cook, to count calories, to clean, etc. 4 minutes in the microwave and the food is ready.
Along with the meals and dinners of the week, we attach a calendar of meals to know what to eat each day and a document with the complementary meals that you must make (breakfast, mid morning and snack) to meet your goals.
In addition we put at your disposal different ways to contact your personal dietitian to raise any doubts that arise during your treatment. You also have access to several functionalities, such as a weight chart to see your evolution, nutrition related articles, etc.
