Summary
Our team has made a discovery at the end of the world, in Australia ... a Mango wine. Having a sensitivity to the fruits world, and the wine-tasting. The idea has germinated, and we have started on the revalorization of fruit via vinification.
We propose two whites wines, one to the Kiwi and the other to the mango, resulting directly from the fermentation of these fruits.
The kiwis come from small French producers whose off-gauges, organic and conventional.
The Mango-pulp comes from Mali, many laboratories use only the core to extract the essence and make creams of care. So we buy the pulp to make wine it.
In terms of production, our ambition is to develop 5 fruits, with a conventional range, organic and sparkling.
