Ihou commercializes edible insects, ranging from sweet to salty treats. The startup is handling the rearing as well : their insects rearing facilities are located in the Est of France, and insect are fed exclusively with raw materials from organic farming. Products are salty or sweet (energy bars) and made from crickets.
