iceRoll developed and designed the -30°C frozen plate they use to roll their ice cream. They sell ice cream directly to consumers, but they also organise events. They use only fresh products (milk, cream, sugar, fruit, chocolate, etc) and cook in front of customers so that every ice cream is unique. Today they sell ice cream all around the world: from Paris to Barcelona or even to Kuwait City.
