Summary
Guestonline is a digital booking book designed with and for restaurateurs. It allows to manage reservations simply from an iPad, PC or smartphone, to create and customize its room plans, to design and send, with ease of personalized and professional newsletters.
Via the reservation module, Guestonline also offers a prepayment or credit card imprint system to limit no-shows.
Customers reserve their table via a module, directly integrated into the website and / or the Facebook page of the restaurant. At each new reservation, the restaurant receives a notification in order to validate the reservation (if it has not chosen the automatic validation).
The module, available in 12 languages, can be fine-tuned (opening days, number of cutlery per service, online reservation deadline, message addressed to the customer, who can also leave a message to the restaurateur). Its integration is simple.
The reservation is registered directly on the Guestonline dashboard of the restaurant, at the same time a customer card is created with the contact details of the restaurant.
Over the years, the restaurant owner and his team complete the client file with the information gathered in the dining room (allergies, preferences, wine lovers, lunchtime clients ...). This information can be consulted at a glance on the Guestonline application. They make it possible to personalize the reception of customers and thus to retain them. They also allow them to send targeted newsletters according to their habits and interests. The customer experience before, during and after the meal becomes remarkable.
This file is the exclusive property of the restaurant owner, who can manage his customer relationship directly, without any intermediary, without risk of diversion of customers by a large central reservation, for example.
Guestonline is also present internationally: Finland, United Kingdom, Spain, Switzerland, South Africa, Canada ...).
