Cueillette Urbaine cultivate cities' rooftop to produce fresh fruits and vegetables in order to fournish a restaurant. The results is what we call, a "locavore restaurant".
A restaurant where you can pick your fruits and vegetables,
a restaurant where your selection is cooked by a chef!
A restaurant where you can eat without polution associated to the transport or the storage of the products you eat.
To manage to provide a restaurant in fruits and vegetables, Cueillette Urbaine had developped 2 technics:
The Forest Bed. A selfsuficient permacultural bed.
The Aromur. A Hydroponic aromatic wall.
We can also integrate aquaponic basin and greenhouse culture
Each place we develop is a living area, where we organize events like : cooking show, pure picking sessions, event for kids…
We provide ultra fresh organic products based on a selection of rare and original varieties.
For our customer, we propose a local and responsible consumption.
