After working in the coffee world for several years, they at Cophi decided to make a difference. Their main goal is providing their clients the ultimate experience in a cup. Since they are a small family business, they cannot afford to lose the loyalty of their clients. They worked very hard to source the highest quality beans, and also decided to build their production process locally, thereby supporting other local family businesses and following the process from A to Z.
