💨 🇦🇹 Arkeon Biotechnologies, a startup working on a process to convert CO2 into protein, raised $7M. This technology (which we talk about in our 2021’s report on FoodTech trends).
🚲 🇮🇳 Swiggy, one of India’s restaurant delivery giants, is planning its IPO. Recently valued at more than $10B, the startup is planning an IPO for the first half of 2023 in order to raise $1B and pursue its growth.
👶 🇺🇸 Once Upon a Farm, a US baby and kid food startup, just raised $52M
🤖 🚚 🇺🇸 Serve Robotics, a (cute) sidewalk delivery robot startup raised $10M. Among the investors, the presence of Nvidia, the chipmaker giant, is notable.
🐟 🇺🇸 Finless Foods, a US startup developing cellular agriculture-based seafood products, raised $34M. Now the company wants to launch its first product, a bluefin tuna, in the US (for that it will need to receive approval from the food authorities) and then expand to other products and new markets.
